A directory built for browsing
Secret Menus is a website where you can find special menus from select restaurants located in Vancouver, BC. Built on an MVC framework, it lets admins add restaurants on the main page and add secret menu items with full detail such as image, price, rating, and name for each item under the restaurant page.
Visitors can search for a restaurant with the search box on the main page or browse the category section at the top of the page. The site is also associated with Amazon, so customers can see what others are purchasing and what products are must-haves.

Getting image uploads right
A challenging aspect of this website was writing the PHP code for uploading pictures. Customers needed to be able to upload images of menu items, which took a few iterations to get working reliably.
