Crossroads Family Practice, a family medical clinic in Chilliwack, BC, needed a website that made it easier for patients to find booking, services, and contact information. I redesigned and developed the site front to back as an independent freelance engagement.

Crossroads Family Practice provides family medicine to patients in Chilliwack and the surrounding area. This was a small, self-contained freelance engagement — not a full product or research-driven UX project — focused on giving the clinic a website that was easier to navigate and more useful for patients.

I worked directly with the clinic as a freelance designer and developer, covering both the interface design and the front-end implementation. That meant reviewing the existing site, proposing a clearer structure, and building the updated pages myself rather than handing off a design file.
