Interface

Book covers first, one listening action

Candace and Jess home page: a navigation bar with Home, About, Episodes, Blog and Contact plus a yellow Get In Touch button, above a large photograph of the two hosts outside a bookshop
Home. A photograph of the two hosts opens the page. The navigation is compact, with a single yellow “Get In Touch” button as the primary action.
Episodes page showing three book-cover cards, each titled with its episode and a Listen Now button
Episodes. The show is about books, so the covers are the navigation. Each episode is a cover, a title and one Listen Now button.
Home page with a Latest Episode section showing a large book cover and an audio player, beside an Earlier Episodes list of smaller covers with their own players, above a yellow footer with podcast platform icons
Latest and earlier episodes. The newest episode gets a large cover and a full player, with earlier episodes as a compact list of cover and player. The footer links out to the podcast platforms.
Branding

A quiet wordmark and a warm yellow

Candace and Jess wordmark between two rules, with typography set in Roboto Bold and Roboto Regular
Wordmark and type. The show name set plainly between two rules, with Roboto Bold and Regular for everything else.
Palette of pale yellow, charcoal grey and amber
Colour. Pale yellow, charcoal and amber. The book covers bring the rest of the colour.
